First of all I must say coming from quite a few Kindles I'm very happy with my first Kobo I love it too bit's hardware and software. Don't get me wrong I also love my Kindles with all it's faults and it's very few settings (compared to Kobo), but what I really like about the Aura One is the screen size at 7.8" it's perfect.

Today I tried to read on my Oasis 2 but I couldn't, I known it's only nearly an inch screen size between them but to me it makes a difference. Before getting the Aura I was perfectly happy with my Oasis having a Kindle unlimited subscription plus the simplicity of uploading to the cloud and synchronization between devices, if only Kobo had that.

I'm looking at getting a cheap (even second hand) ereader android device, likebook/Onyx comes to mind, with 300 ppi plus Aura One screen size but what I'm really interested is how well does the kindle app run on this devices.
