note: numeric font weights are not widely supported. For personal use, if it works
FWIW 'brightness' is not a term used for ebooks. there is no LIGHT in many devices to make brighter. You can sometimes choose a color/greyscale (my older device was limited to 16 levels. up from 8 of the previous model)
