Yes, I did eject it. But I have to say I had a gotcha with a corrupted database 2-3 days ago despite ejecting as well, so something may be iffy here with it.

I fixed the problem now by
1. Deleting whole sqlite DB
2. Reinstalling all with the script
3. Checked (and removed 1 extra) config line. Now I had one extra to the one I added lately after the fact.
4. sync; sync; wait 10s; sync; eject
5. Relogin to account.

So far works and extra icons are gone.
