There are problems that Calibre Viewer can not turn pages correctly when reading vertical writing, right-to-left page progression direction books.

Calibre Viewer always turns to next xhtml file instead of next page.
Calibre Viewer turns page progression wrong direction too. It can not turn next page form right to left.

And some css settings do not render correctly.
