MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - My Collections gone in Kobo Aura H2O with new database

Due to a "CorruptError: database disk image is malformed" I had my Kobo Aura H2O build a new KoboReader.sqlite. Unfortunately now the "My Collections", created via Genre Column in Calibre is empty. Any ideas what to do? Can I copy parts of the old database to the new one to fix it?
