Happy holidays, Davidfor!

My Kobo Glo (2013) has spontaneously factory reset twice; the first time I was able to reload the OS and books with kobo desktop, last night in the middle of reading a page (so rude!) the device entered the dreaded restore/reboot loop and I'm entirely unable to even shut the device down or reset through the pinhole.

I've cracked the case and extracted the SD card, would you be so kind as to PM me the image? It may be on death's door, but I figure I can't break it any worse than it already is...
