Old thread but thought it was still pertinent.

I use AndikaInk: Dont find that I need any contrast with this font.

Line Spacing = 0
Paragraph Spacing = 0
Vertical Spacing = 4
Horizontal Spacing = 4
Embolden = 1

These settings are in the built in Neoreader.
