I don't remember if I mentioned the issue, but the toilet leaks. If it's leaking on the outside, I won't need the gaskets. However, it is possible that it is leaking from the inside, and running down the tubing that goes up to the bowl. If that's the case, I'll probably need to replace the innards; but, it may just need a gasket, and I'll probably go the lazy way out, and just replace it for now.
I have a second toilet, and I live alone, so having just one working toilet is no big deal. Unless it goes out, then I'll be making a trip to the big-box (and no, I don't mean an outhouse.  Although that would solve the problem . . . .)

Friends of mine put a trailer on their property and lived in it while their house was being built. Someone broke into the trailer and stole jewelry and then set the place on fire. They decided to move into the barn while the house was finished. They built an outhouse where the trailer had been. It was the only outhouse I have ever seen with a flush toilet. Only in the South.

It is still their and still works.
