Looking at it again, I misread the debug file.
It's the fetch up on
authorUrl that's failing. Are you changing
authorUrl in your personal.ini? It looks empty in the debug output and that's not right.
Running with personal.ini emptied (or in a new library that you've cleared the personal.ini on) might help.
