It's not a radio drama/play. It's the book being read with multiple people. The author read all the narration and the others read the various bits for the characters. There are no sound effects. It's really well done. The only difference between doing it this way and doing it the traditional way is you don't need all the he said/she said type stuff as you know who's talking by the voice.
