One book in the No Starch Press bundle is available to read online for free at the
Learn You A Haskell for Great Good! website. Haskell is a
functional programming language, which led to the odd grammar in the title. If you're used to procedural languages like C or Pascal and object-oriented languages like Java or Lisp it's kind of a twisty way of thinking, but it can be very powerful.
Another free-to-read Haskell book is
Real World Haskell, published by O'Reilly, but not part of the current Humble Bundle.
While I'm listing free-to-read programming language books, there is a semi-related book also available online (but not part of the Humble Bundles)
Learn You Some Erlang for great good! about Erlang - another functional language.
Another book in the No Starch Press bundle -
The Book of F# - is Microsoft's take at a functional language.
