Just got an email from the CECT Shop. As expected, the model I ordered is sold out and they don't expect to get any new stock in before the 24th.
Although it is a little disappointing, at least I know what the situation is. That's the way to maintain customers: with clear lines of communication. Much preferable to being ignored or receiving fake tracking information.
