I remember there was a way, while editing a book, of picking a style from the styles defined in the stylesheet. Something like select your text, then ctrl+click and a styles drop-down pops up so you can choose one and apply it to the selected text.

It has been quite a while since I last used the feature and forgot how to do it, please help.
