Yes, me too. Actually when I <tracked> the package via Amazon, the vendor site stated that it had never even dispatched! I will leave Poor ratings wherever I can. I will even complain to the USA headquarters of this EU distribution center. The company (Instant Pot) enjoys an excellent reputation for Customer Service in the USA. Don't know what is going on in the UK.
I actually bought two at the same time. The one shipped to me in Greece actually arrived! Perhaps because someone pocketed the 50% extra shipping costs (35 euros on a 70 euro item)? Problem is that it appears to be faulty and I have absolutely no response from the Customer Service! I already own/use one so I know how to use it. To say that I feel ripped off is an understatement. Thanks for letting me vent...
