Why do you want, that they should help to get a product repaired, that you have damaged?
Give it to a reader repair company, or a friend, or ....
Gearbest is a selling company, Boyue a producer - Onyx too.
None of them will repair such a device - if it is warranty, then it will be exchanged and a broken screen isnt warranty.
