That should apply to the full set of 16? devices (where ? is [QRSTUV]). Not that we've currently seen any of those other than the Blue one

In a similar fashion, the Indian PW4s (102/103) also required a newer-than-release FW. It happened to match what we have on hand (5.10.1.3), so that's less of an issue in practice.
