I had a third party vendor do a similar thing. I ordered a bumper for my truck. It was a really low price. I live in Georgia. I tracked the package to a middle California UPS Distribution Center. The Seller refused to send me another one. Instead they refunded me my money. When I went to order it again the price was $150.00 more than the previous price. I feel the they deliberately miss shipped the item to keep from having to sell it to me at the lower price.
