The information as a whole still doesn't make sense. If the date is correct, the rest should be too. Cinder Spires is even with the same publisher, even though different imprint. And now it is supposedly a different publisher? April fits the time frame, but not coming from Orbit.
Apparently preorder able elsewhere, also listed by Orbit on Amazon (and not ROC like the USA release should be). So maybe April 16th is correct for release, and Orbit is the publisher outside the US. At least for the Kindle edition. (Stupid geo restrictions and publishing rights!!!)
