Missing TOC after Mobi conversion
The original Mobi document does have TOC for both calibre ebook-viewer and my Kindle Oasis. But when I try to convert mobi to azw3 (to be able to choose preferred font on Kindle), the TOC is lost, and I don't know how to get TOC back.
