Yes, it is a 3rd party. Still I would have thought that they could help me locate the item, or help when the vendor did not respond to the email. It seems like they (the 3rd party) low-balled the price. Got people excited and then did not deliver. Perhaps hoping that they would then purchase at regular price? In any case, I would hope that Amazon should contact them about the behavior since it does reflect on Amazon. IMHO
