I did not check the dictionary, due to the lack of Hebrew books and the necessary fonts. Owl_ probably checked.
The font CODE2000 should solve any problems of glyphs (because it has a great number of glyphs).

Anyway, the final solution must come from kobo, with a firmware that has a good unicode font as default font of the dictionary. The default font of the dictionary is Georgia and does not contain all the glyphs.
This simple choice will give access to the dictionary even to the user of an uncommon tongue
