I had jailbroken my kindle PW4 when it was at it's factory FW. (had installed the hotfix, also had the update blocking folder in Root)

Recently, I made two stupid mistakes - reset my Kindle and connected to the wifi at set up, and now my kindle is at FW 5.10.1.3.

My jailbreak shouldn't have been lost - so I installed MRPI (transferred the folders inside "kual-mrinstaller-1.7.N-r16737.tar.xz" to the root)

Tried installing KUAL- by running ;log mrpi on "Update_KUALBooklet_v2.7.22_install.bin" which went fine and I have the KUAL icon in my library.
However I get a blank screen on opening it, have restart to get out.

Could someone please help out?

Also, assuming I can get KUAL to work, do I need to install a hotfix that keeps the jailbreak for future mistakes that lead to FW updates?
