1) is a position error?
a bug? still not correct?
2) is a sentence that makes no sense with the double progression of reading, if it referred to header and footer. (see "in its place")
3) it would make a lot of sense for chapter, because in that way we could remove the header, still having a check on the progress
Basically, it is a position error. Kobo still has not added a function for having a chapter progress bar.
