The "Swap" patch leading to potentially undefined behavior in some circumstances is documented somewhere in the thread where it originally appeared.

I don't recall anyone ever having reported anything related to suspend/resume with it, though. But, what *was* reported is for things to go wonky if you only enable *one* of 'em (footer/header), which you appear to be doing here.
