I have Catalina test machine, but I'm not sure what you mean by "try enabling DarkMode both before and after launching Sigil."
You want me to:
1) enable DarkMode, launch latest Sigil, then send screenshots?
2) disable DarkMode, launch latest Sigil, enable DarkMode, then send screenshots?
