What Disaster?

What we have are a bunch of folk who dislike the new Look and Feel of the viewer. Some of the issues were addressed. Some can't be done (easily. As Kovid says: Patches welcome.)

As far as the rest of the features. No change. So Conversion is pretty much what it was in 3.48
The main change was because the code base for the visual aspect of Calibre was not being maintained, forcing a changeover.
