The "Paste and match style" function is very useful. Sometimes too much, it is therefore a pity that there is no keyboard shortcut for this option.
Usually we use "Ctrl + Shift + V"

(I would have preferred the term "Paste without style" or "Paste as plain text", but detail)

Add this can be useful.
