No that doesn't count. We've proven successfully that "amerika" is part of germany. So if canada is part of "amerika" than canada belongs to germany too. It just doesn't matter whether berlin would be part of canada or not.
Now i'm a little bit confused but i think we have to add up all canada votes to
Germany!
