A minor mystery, possibly the PW4 are built at more than one location?

I don't think the above was updated as 5.12.2 was the current version being pushed OTA when I powered the above PW4 up and had it updated that is what you'd expect to get. Also powered up in a Faraday cage (zero wi-fi signals detected by my Samsung Note when it's in the cage).
