There's actually more to the story with me here as I got a special "situation" resolved by a supervisor + employee I know that ended up getting me credit on my trade-in that wasn't a gift card, but a promotional code (not the 25% off for trade-in). Big long mess of 4+ hours on the phone with them around thanksgiving -- way beyond the purview of all this so I won't bore anyone with it.

I can't get my traded in device back (or the value extended to me) no matter what, sadly. Also, I'm not sure what I'm doing next. Just keeping Voyage and/or maybe trying another Kobo or an old Kindle off eBay...

I just can't find one that fully makes me happy sadly.

Thanks for that bit of info though.

Just interested in selling it - certainly happy to entertain offers.
