Yes, if I drag my finger a bit, that can happen. But, personally, it is about 1 in 50 taps that do it.

Do you mean in landscape mode? Because, otherwise, I can't work out how you are holding the device that the buttons aren't under your thumbs.

That's not the case here. When I put the buttons in the inverted mode, the page turned in the expected direction no matter how I held the device
