@katanel: That looks like an incomplete/corrupt installation.

(resources/info-i.png is missing, which breaks ImageWidget because it doesn't have a sane fallback for that).

Double-check the integrity of the archive you downloaded, the sanity of your device's filesystem, and whether you actually have enough free space left in there .
