If the on/off setting was enabled, I'd like to have the reference info included when I did the Ctrl+C --- e.g. "Blah, blah, blah." «authors: xxxx & yyyy; title: Some Book; chapter: Chapter Three; para: 12» --- if I didn't want it then I could delete when I paste.

I'm a non academic wishing for something like this to put into my journal, bloggers might like it too.
