Try this
free collection by the Arkham Archivist. It says it's complete. Formatting looks good to me, but maybe they are typos and scanning errors.
I did notice there's no sub-TOC for chapters in the novels, and it uses web-style paragraphs (with a spaces between them) but that can be fixed if you care about it.
