The easiest thing you can do is not use the "All" filter. You seem to want to redefine what it means.

Alternatively, if you are willing to run some SQL commands, you might be able to do what you want to clean up the cc.db database. It would be best to ask for help with that in the Kindle Developers Corner forum (but be prepared to overcome skepticism about what you are trying to do). If you keep a backup of cc.db you can reverse any mistakes.

You do have USBnetworking installed and working, right?
