Is there a better way to do this? Replacing the default dicthtml.zip file works
SOMETIMES, but it doesn't work forever, and once it breaks ("no English dictionary installed") it is cumbersome and finnicky to fix. It is simply not enough to just replace the file. It feels as though it's some magic combination of replacing the file, rebooting, not rebooting, etc., that finally gets it temporarily working.
