i recently was asked to help my in-law with their kobo N647 wifi. i tried loading books and it kept freezing when it was trying to process new data. unfortunately it also had a bad battery, which i was in luck because i had an old kobo n647 with no wifi, but the battery was still good. i swapped out the battery and when i tried again to load books or connect it to the kobo desktop it would not be recognized or loaded books would not appear.
i did contact kobo via messenger and they told me they couldn't help me. because they don't support that version anymore. really disappointed by kobo. ticked me off, i will never buy a product from them again but i do feel bad since i did mess the kobo up for the in-law.
would anyone possibly have a reimaging of the sd card. Id greatly appreciate it.
