I got the name of the book and its author from Douban itself and also I tried using VPN but the error persisted.
Is there anyway to resolve this?

Have you tried connecting to Douban using the generated URL in a web browser to see what the result is? When I tried your URL, it gave me an "Your API key is blocked. Please contact
bd-team@douban.com for authorized access." though that may be location based.
