@Crusher - the formation of the file names Saved is determined by the Save template in Preferences->Save to Disk.
Similarly the formation of the file names Sent is determined by the Save Template in Preferences->Send to device, note that this can be overridden for specific devices in the Device Configuration settings.
If you use the {authors} in a template you should get "Ed McDonald".
