FWIW, I found several options on Amazon for the same items and that will be much better than dealing with eBay sellers in Hong Kong and having to wait a month or more to get the item. Plus on Amazon you get Prime delivery and their CS in case the item is bad. Also, the Garmin Vivosmart HR comes in "standard" or "extra large" band sizes, and it isn't clear which size was available on eBay, however I found both sizes for replacement bands on Amazon. I need the extra large band size, so that is an important find in my case.
