And given there is a keyboard shortcut you can set and use for both BookmarkLocation and GoBackToBookmarkLocation, I really can not see how the lack of menu tooltips discriminates against those who do not use a mouse.
If you use these features a lot simply assign keyboard short-cuts for them using Sigil Preferences.
