Hi!

I got a problem today with my Max2. First the stylus fell down onto the walkway (concrete). It was just from a meter or maybe 1.5m, but it definitely doesn't work any longer. Then I opened a few pdf's, some of which have scribblings. And much to my surprise, in every document some of the scribblings are suddenly enlarged and very bold-fonty. So much in fact that I can't read them any more! And that's really annoying, because I use the Max2 for displaying sheet music. Now I can't read the notes, the comments and changes that I have added for the last one or two years or so.

I haven't tried to set it back to factory default yet, because the memory will be erased, right? So, I need to save the sheet music first. But since the scribblings are stored in the Max2 and not in the pdf (most of them have never been exported but just used on the reader exclusively), I am afraid to export them now (with the scribblings included), because I don't know if the exported pdf will show the original scribblings or the enlarged ones! Maybe I should just try with one...

Same with 'Notes' by the way. All the old notes have partly enlarged scribblings.

Does somebody have an idea how this could be fixed?

I couldn't find a similar problem with the forum search.
