I was recently having a similar problem: my auto send was not working all the times.
I figured out that Amazon was sending me back a confirmation email after each book I tried to send to my kindle. I just need to confirm this email to make it work, but with an extra step.
Is it possible that a future version of Calibre can deal with this inconvenience?
