I have the following setting in my PI:

Code:

include_images: true
keep_summary_HTML: true
make_firstimage_cover:false
skip_author_cover:true

Yet it has picked up author cover in this story:

But not in this one:

https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13430586/1/

I've downloaded both today and in the same job.
