5 years ago I bought a Kobo Aura H2O to replace my Sony Reader PRS-T1. The H2O has a 6.8" screen. After using the H2O for 5 years, I would not want to go back to a 6" screen. That to me now seems small. If I was buying a new Reader, I'd go for a 7 or 8" screen depending what I wanted. But I would not go for a 6" screen.
