The seller was not responding to my messages and did not extend the Purchase Protection period when I requested it.
According to my tracking number, DHL received shipping information on November 14th, but there has been no information posted since then. Thus, it would seem that DHL has not received a physical package.
As a result, I decided to open up a dispute and ask for a refund. The seller now has about 4 days in which to respond. We will see what happens...
The funny thing is, I would have been perfectly fine with waiting longer had the seller extended the Purchase Protection period and had the seller indicated a reason for the delay. The lack of communication was frustrating.
