You might want to check the post #8 in this thread where Dorian67 uninstalled his video card. After a restart (I'm going to assume that he checked the delete the driver software box before clicking on the Uninstall button), it should reinstall the video card with the Microsoft driver. If calibre now works, you can either stay with this setup or get serious about checking for a new video driver.
