I am not familiar with editing or removing characters from a book that has been converted from AZW3 to EPUB, or even just in the EPUB book. I hate hearing the characters being read when I use Calibre Companion. The characters I am specifically referring to are < and/or > . Any Help would be extremely appreciated.

Example: <Can you climb upon my back?>
