SIGH! Every now and then (like now), when I am reminded of these, and since they were translated into English by Amazon Crossing, I use the "Propose a book for translation" form (

The Third Coin. It's probably not quite appropriate since the form seems to be for authors or rights-holders of books, and not for general reader suggestions. But, WTH!
However, I think it's probably futile, since they seem to have decided that sales of the first three must not justify any more.
Back when it looked like they might do the whole series, I actually e-mailed the author too, and asked him if any more were coming in English, and he said it's up to Amazon. DOUBLE SIGH!
