I thought I had looked everywhere as it is not an option I use, but I vaguely remembered reading an "open with" option in Sigil. Off course as soon as you mentioned it I found it straight away.

This just leaves the question as to whether it would be too much work or too difficult to enhance "open with" 's functionality to allow the open eBook to opened in a user defined eBook reader? Or is it a bad idea?
